Varietal: 100% Nebbiolo
Winemaking: Fruit from a grey sandy sight elevated 390m. Handpicked, de-stemmed and inoculated with selected yeasts. Left on skins for differing times - between 42 & 82 days. 14 months in large format french oak.
Nose: Perfumed rose petals, cranberry and clove.
Palate: Concentrated dried cranberry and tar.
Our Notes: Col McBryde comes in swinging with this one.
Rose and Tar. Structure and acid. This is a wine with a wide spectrum of flavours and aromas. Give it some time to open up in the glass and reap those benefits of a face-full of flavour.
