Varietal: Chardonnay, slowly being take over by Aligote.
Winemaking: A single block of wild-fermented Chardonnay. Aligote from Quindalup fermented wild in barrel. Rough filter into bottle.

Nose: Ripe peaches, with a hint of lemon and saline.
Palate: Nectarines drizzled in honey. Fleshy and textural on the palate, with a backbone of minerality.
