Winemaking: Handpicked, pressed and fermented in cool temperatures with the aim to maintain fruit purity and intergrity. 7-8 months on lees to add texture and complexity.
Nose: Citrus and passionfruit, with a little brioche
Palate: Citrus, tropical fruits, herbs and spices
