Ngeringa - '19 "Uncultured" Pet Nat, Mount Barker Summit SA
Varietal: Pinot Gris, Gewurz, Viognier, Pink Semillon, Syrah, Pinot Noir & Chardonnay all piled into this bottle for a drinkable fruit salad.
Winemaking: Pinot Gris and Gewurz are co-fermented. Other varietals are fermented seperately in small batches. Viogner and Pink Semillon have a small amount of skin contact. These 4 varieties are picked late, with high ripeness to add plenty of aromatic lift. The Syrah, Pinot Noir, and Charddy are picked quite early to add vibrancy.
All wild ferments, no enzymes, gentle extraction and minimal temperature control.
Bottled without any additions.
Nose: Musk, exotic flowers and orange blossom.
Palate: Fresh fruit salad with red fruits and a citrus backbone
